Rocklösa Gård right outside Stjärnhov offers bed & breakfast and cabins to rent. It is a farm with horses by beautiful Lake Övre Gällringen.
The house is wonderful with spacious rooms and high ceilings and was built in 2006 in the old style. There is plenty of room inside the house and sunshine all day long on the 100-sqm terrace.
The house has views over the lake, just 100 metres away. Thanks to its 10 beds plus extra bed, it is perfectly suited to large families or groups.
Lillstugan is the oldest house on the farm and is originally a log cabin. Many years back this is where the district’s telephone exchange was installed. During 2012–2013 the 50-sqm cabin was fully renovated to a high standard. The cabin has a ground floor with entrance hall and a sleeping loft which you can reach from the gable stairs. There are four good quality single beds in the sleeping loft.
Rocklösa runs a small organic farm with a variety of animals including horses, hens, ducks and cats. In its small farm shop you find a selection of the absolute best organic products found locally in Sörmland, all of which are farmed, raised or produced by suppliers who care about animals and nature. Small-scale food craft at its absolute best.
