Café Gustafsvik is located next to Sigtunaån river in Gnesta. A charming café in a cosy and wonderful setting from the 1890s, where tiled stoves and candles add to the warm atmosphere.
As well as a hot cup of coffee and freshly made pastries our prawn sandwiches are sure to hit the spot. The café walls always display an art exhibition for our guests to enjoy, most often by an artist from the local area.
Next to the café at Gustavsvik is a unique collection of antique candles and items from the history of candle making.
You can buy top-quality candles in all shapes and sizes from the candle cabin out in the courtyard.
A burning passion
Peter and Birgitta Svensson’s passion for candles and the history of candle making has over the years resulted in a collection of unique and historic items from the middle of the 19thcentury onwards. Much of their candle collection can now be seen at Gustafsviks café. You can also book a lecture all about candles and the history of candle making.
